  • Any issues are not addressed by the H.O.A. but by the City. Code Compliance issues can be sent to the City here. See the link for other common issues.

  • Your Garbage can(s) should be out of sight according to both the H.O.A. and the City. Cans are to be out between 6 PM night before pick up and out of sight again by 10 PM day of pickup.

  • Bulk Pick up schedule for the neighborhood is currently 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month. Our City is one of the few that offers this service so take advantage of it!

  • The light in the Playground is maintained by the H.O.A. and residents are encouraged to contact the H.O.A. via the contact form or phone if it is out.


Important Message from Your HOA

Residents are encouraged to notify the Pembroke Pines Police Department at the non-emergency number (954-431-2200) for noise and activity in the park and parking areas in late evenings and at night.
